Happy New Year and welcome back for 2023!

Just before Christmas, I joined with IT customer experience consultant Dasun Premadasa to discuss AI, data analytics, machine learning and ChatGPT for the DASCX Show. 

For a change of pace, this time I was the one answering the questions. And it turned out pretty well.

• Mainstream business cases for the the use of machine learning and AI.
